01. Website use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or availability. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

02. Product descriptions and images

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices accurately. Please review the individual listing carefully before ordering, including the stated size, format, finish, and any included components. Product images are intended to illustrate the design; screen settings, lighting, and display characteristics may cause differences in perceived color. Each Lorevanty™ framed canvas artwork includes the printed canvas artwork and its outer decorative frame, as described in the product listing. Any additional accessories are included only when specifically stated.

03. Prices, shipping charges, and taxes

Prices are shown in the store currency. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes displayed during checkout form part of the order total shown before payment. Import duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply to international shipments depending on the destination and local rules.

04. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt, but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or dispatched. Processing may depend on payment authorization, verification, product availability, and accurate order information.

If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or a material listing or pricing error is identified, we may contact you to clarify the order or take appropriate action, including cancellation where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will arrange a refund of the amount due.

05. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has progressed or the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Orders already dispatched are handled under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

06. Payment

Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices. An order may require additional verification before processing.

07. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Order preparation, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery issues are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, return-shipping arrangements, and refund review are described in the Return & Refund Policy. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

08. Intellectual property

Lorevanty™ branding, artwork images, product photographs, written descriptions, graphics, and website design elements may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use these materials without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

09. Errors and website updates

We may correct errors, update product or store information, and modify these terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
